Steven is a director of ESG research and shareholder engagement at Boston Common Asset Management. He's a widely published author on ESG topics and was a contributor to the book, The SRI Advantage: Why Socially Responsible Investing Has Outperformed Financially, in collaboration with Geeta Aiyer. Since 1992, he’s held leadership roles in numerous industry committees and working groups with special expertise in issue of climate change, extractive industries, hydraulic fracturing, and the rights of indigenous peoples worldwide. Steven earned two bachelor of science from MIT.
